The Challenge

145 acres of undeveloped property
20 square miles of neighbors, building regulations, and view corridors

Given a large undeveloped tract in a crowded city, how can a development team converge quickly on solutions, persuade neighbors and city officials to grant permission, and create million-dollar views for both existing and new residents?

Our Solution

A large-scale simulation produced using survey data, LIDAR reconstructions, and even drone-shot photogrammetry. We created the entire 145-acre tract, plus surrounding landscape and buildings, and 20 square miles of territory including landmark views at a high level of accuracy. We also added tools for navigating the space, visualizing lines of sight and build envelopes, and for working collaboratively in a multi-user VR session.
